Pola Day and Pola Night are professional teeth whitening gels designed to be used with properly fitted whitening trays.
Follow these simple steps to whiten your teeth safely and effectively.
You can also download the PDF Instructions below.

1. Prepare Your Whitening Tray
Make sure your whitening tray is clean and dry before use.
Remove the cap from the Pola whitening syringe and attach the application tip if required.
2. Apply a Small Amount of Gel
Place one small drop of whitening gel into each tooth compartment of the tray for the teeth you wish to whiten.
Remember: less is more.
You only need a small amount of gel. Overfilling the tray will not whiten your teeth faster and can cause excess gel to come into contact with your gums.
3. Insert Your Whitening Tray
Carefully place the tray over your teeth and gently press it into position.
If any excess gel comes out around the edges of the tray, simply wipe it away using a tissue or a dry, soft toothbrush.
4. How Long Should I Wear My Whitening Trays?
Always check the concentration shown on your Pola syringe before starting.

- Rinse the trays thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Brush your teeth to remove any remaining whitening gel.
- Allow your trays to dry before storing them.
6. Repeat Your Treatment
Continue your whitening treatment according to the instructions supplied with your product or the treatment schedule recommended by your dental professional.
Do not exceed the recommended treatment time in an attempt to achieve faster results.
Tooth Sensitivity
Some people may experience temporary tooth sensitivity while whitening.
If your teeth become sensitive, take a one or two day break between treatments. You can also shorten your treatment time.
If you experience significant or persistent sensitivity or gum irritation, stop treatment and seek advice from your dentist or dental professional.
Helpful Tips
Do not eat, drink or smoke while wearing your whitening trays.
Use only a small amount of gel in each tooth compartment.
Always wipe away excess whitening gel that comes into contact with your gums.
Do not swallow the whitening gel.
Keep whitening gel out of reach of children.
Whitening gel whitens natural tooth structure. Crowns, veneers, fillings and other dental restorations will not whiten in the same way as natural teeth.
