By using the Website and Services and agreeing to this Agreement, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
Billing and Payments
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping Policy
All of our shipping times are estimates only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that couriers can leave your order in a location on your property. Direct Teeth Whitening will not be held responsible for any items stolen or damaged on your property. If your order is delivered and you have not received it, we will work with the couriers to help resolve this issue; however, the courier’s decision is final.
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Direct Teeth Whitening does not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products unless they are in unopened condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions on the checkout page, you are agreeing to our returns policy. Please ensure you understand our policy before placing your order.
Dental Product Purchase Conditions
You will have a consultation with your dentist before using any products on Direct Teeth Whitening who will advise you what product is suitable for you.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase and use any products from Direct Teeth Whitening, unless approved by your dentist.
You have read and fully understand how to use whitening strips or gel section and any available instructions on the product page.
If we do not have your item in stock, an equal or like-for-like item of greater value may be dispatched.
If you experience any problems with any product, you will immediately stop and consult your dentist/doctor.
If you are pregnant, always consult your Dentist and Doctor before using any products from Direct Teeth Whitening.
All orders not called for, failed to collect, and incomplete address returns will be subject to postal charges and a 5% restocking fee.
Only use the products for the sole purpose they are intended for.
Direct Teeth Whitening must be contacted within 14 days of your delivery date for denial of receipt. In the event you contact us after 14 days, we will be unable to assist, and no claim will be filed.
You will not use our products if you have any loose or decayed teeth, loose crowns, bridgework, fixed orthodontic treatment, or any other oral problems such as gum disease.
We recommend to use only custom-made mouth guards formed by a Dentist or Dental Lab or ones supplied by us.
You will not use our products if you are allergic to Carbamide Peroxide, Glycerin, Carbome Flavour, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ammonium, Hydroxide, and Silicone. To use any whitening product over 0.1% from Direct Teeth Whitening, you must be a lawful practiced/qualified dentist. For any products greater than 0.1%, you confirm they are only used for research purposes and not cosmetic use.
Direct Teeth Whitening cannot be held liable for any damage to persons, property, or any intangible damage alleged to be the result of defective performance or incorrect use of the items sold by Direct Teeth Whitening. We accept no liability whatsoever for damage of any nature caused by this website and/or decisions based on information from the website.
Intellectual Property Rights
“Intellectual Property Rights” means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law, or equity in or in relation to any copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill, and the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, rights to claim priority from such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection, and any other results of intellectual activity which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
